Aftersoft to announce new releases at SEMA
Smart phone app and VAST Enterprise upgrades will help increase productivity
Aftersoft Network N.A. – a leading provider of business management solutions for the automotive aftermarket – is to use SEMA to announce the introduction of a new smart phone app, along with the release of the newest versions of its VAST Enterprise software.
Smart Phone App
Compatible with both Apple iOS and Android devices, this app complements and extends the functionality of VAST Enterprise software. With real time reporting of sales information for every location within an enterprise, management can be connected to their business wherever they are. The sales of multiple stores can be reported in a single view, allowing users to filter specific locations and identify sales by class, and view reports of a parts/labor breakdown. The app also allows the reporting of sales by the salesperson.
VAST Enterprise Upgrade
Aftersoft has also announced new releases of its VAST Enterprise software. Retail v7.4.95 and Multi-Store v3.4.16 include a number of new features designed to further increase user productivity.
These include:
- CARQUEST WebLink and Autozone's eCatalog are now integrated with VAST Enterprise Retail, providing shop locations with the ability to purchase products electronically when doing outside purchases and stock replenishment.
- Quotes delivered over the phone can now be easily emailed or faxed directly to the customer.
- Enhancements to the graphical user interface allow the screen to be correctly sized to any monitor.
- Tire inflation and torque figures can now be added to work orders and invoices.
- A new option has been added to the Multi-Store server application enabling real time inventory transfer between two branches.
