Aftersoft Network N.A.
Driving eCommerce in the Automotive Aftermarket
Company Overview
Aftersoft Network N.A. (formerly CarParts Technologies) is a leading provider of business automation and eCommerce solutions for every level of the automotive aftermarket, including both parts and tires. The company serves over 450 customers with more than 3,000 locations across the U.S., including parts and tire distributors and retailers, commercial tire dealers, and auto service providers. Founded in 1997, Aftersoft Network is based in Dana Point, California and is a subsidiary of Aftersoft Group, Inc., a publicly held company (ASFG:OB) (www.aftersoftgroup.com).
The automotive aftermarket supply chain is complex and notoriously inefficient, with inventory levels often inadequate or excessive, and limited real-time information about parts pricing and availability. Aftersoft Network’s products are the building blocks that enable automotive aftermarket businesses to create "Virtual Supply Chains," which produce a seamless and integrated digital management system along the chain, from the parts warehouse to the parts end-user. With better real-time information, Aftersoft's customers are driving increased sales, accelerating inventory turnover and generally boosting their efficiency, customer satisfaction and profitability.
The traditional tire and auto parts markets are blurring, with many dealers in each segment increasingly "crossing over" into the other segment. Aftersoft Network is the only technology company providing software for both the parts and tire supply chains, with the only eCommerce solution connecting the two sectors.
Aftersoft Group has received numerous professional endorsements, including one from American Car Care Centers (ACCC) for its network of 1,000 independent tire dealers, and serves a number of iconic brands in the automotive aftermarket such as Car-X, Goodyear, Meineke, Michelin, Midas, Monro Muffler Brake, Parts Alliance, Parts Plus, Pronto and Tuffy.
